1. Who is responsible

The controller for data processing on this website is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] — support@shopvibello.com.

2. What we collect and why

Orders. When you buy something we process your name, shipping address, email and payment confirmation to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Contact. When you write to us we process your message and email address to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Newsletter. If you sign up, we use your email to send you news about new designs until you unsubscribe — every email contains an unsubscribe link (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP address, browser type and access times in server logs to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who we share data with

Shopify. Our store runs on Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland / Shopify Inc., Canada). Shopify processes order and browsing data on our behalf. Shopify privacy policy.

Printify. Orders are produced and shipped by Printify, Inc., 108 West 13th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA (EU representative: SIA "Printify Development", Raiņa bulvāris 25, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia). Printify receives your name, shipping address and the ordered items — nothing more.

Payment providers. Payments are handled by the provider you choose at checkout (e.g. PayPal). Your payment details go directly to the provider; we never see full card numbers.

Reviews. If you leave a product review, it is processed by Judge.me under their privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the store (cart, checkout, security). Optional cookies — such as analytics or marketing pixels — are only set after you consent through our cookie banner (Consentmo). You can change or withdraw your consent there at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. International transfers

Some of our processors are located in the United States. Where data is transferred there, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Order data is kept for the retention periods required by applicable commercial and tax law. Contact messages are deleted once your request is resolved, unless the law requires longer. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent at any time with future effect, and you may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you also have comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete — we do not sell your personal information.
