01 How long does shipping take?

We print every piece only after you order it. Count on 2–4 business days for production and 2–5 business days for shipping. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email.

02 Which size fits me?

Every product page has a chart with the garment's real measurements. Measure a shirt that fits you well and compare the chest width. Between two sizes? Go larger.

03 Can I return my order?

Yes — easy returns, no questions asked. Just email support@shopvibello.com and we'll send you the return address.

04 How do I care for the print?

Wash inside out, cold. Skip the dryer and don't iron directly over the print. That keeps it looking good for years.

05 Why does it take longer than other shops?

Because we don't keep stock. Every piece is made only when you order — it costs a few days, but saves mountains of unsold product.
